The Outdoor Schedule for the 2024 season outlines the training days and times for all of our SC Central teams.
SC Central training will begin the week of April 8th with a temporary schedule detailed below. This temporary schedule will run from April 8th-26th.
SC Central Teams will then revert to a Permanent Schedule from the 29th of April.
Strength and Conditioning dates will be added on with sessions also beginning the week of April 29th.
